Job Description
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate bikes.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all bikes and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating bike features.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Attending roadshow, gathering sales leads and do follow-up to converting potential customers into sales.

Job Description
- Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including but not limited to preparation of monthly closing, Group consolidation, financial reports and analysis.
- Assist in the annual finance planning / budgeting processes and prepare the annual operating budget.
- Prepare monthly profit / loss, balance sheet and cash flow financial statements.
- Ensure efficient functioning and documentation for all financial systems including receipts, disbursements, billing, bookkeeping, budgeting and accounting.
- Run the monthly cost forecasts and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated time.
- Ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs.
- Assist in analysing manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
